Job Summary:

• Lead the design of innovative, AI-powered products.
• Balance strategy and execution.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Learning Science teams.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product vision and user needs into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Deliver designs that balance speed, usability, and visual excellence.
• Manage and communicate design rationale.
• Mentor and support other designers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
• Strong visual design expertise.
• Skilled in using modern AI design tools and workflows.
• Comfortable working with founders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator.
• Hands-on, self-directed.
• Passion for improving education through design.
