• 💰 The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Qualifications

• Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others
• Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience designing digital products or services
  • A portfolio of your desktop, mobile and tablet design work is required for review
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role
  • Proven ability in leading design projects and workstreams
  • Proficiency in modern design tools and ecosystems
  • Experience with AI-augmented workflows and methodologies
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Experience in building or managing enterprise-scale design systems
  • Understanding of necessary deliverables for brand refreshes
