UX/UI Product Designer - High Growth Fintech

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex business and user problems
• Work across the full product lifecycle
• Shape the user experience of a growing B2B SaaS platform

Skills:

• Design and deliver end-to-end experiences for a B2B SaaS product
• Conduct user research and translate insights into elegant, practical solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring ideas to life
• Collaborate closely with engineering and client teams to bring your designs to production
• Support client projects with customized, branded design assets
• Continuously look for ways to improve our processes, products, and design system

Qualifications:

• Solid product design experience (not just websites - actual digital products and systems)
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual, interaction, and UX design across web applications
• Experience designing B2B or complex multi-user platforms
• Proficiency in Figma and a solid grasp of responsive design principles
• The ability to collaborate across time zones (Australia + Europe)
• A mindset of curiosity, creativity, and continual improvement
