Accessibility Producer, External Games

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external game producers to ensure that all games developed for Netflix meet accessibility standards and guidelines
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of games to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for accessibility enhancements
  • Work closely with game development teams to implement accessibility features and ensure they are properly integrated into the overall gaming experience
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest accessibility technology and trends in the gaming industry
  • Provide guidance and support to game development teams on best practices for creating inclusive and accessible gaming experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote accessibility and advocate for the inclusion of accessibility features in games
  • Create and maintain documentation and resources for game developers and producers on accessibility guidelines and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and user research, to ensure that accessibility considerations are incorporated into all aspects of game development
  • Test and evaluate games for accessibility, including conducting user testing with players of diverse abilities
