Design Wireless System Specialist

This role involves designing and implementing wireless communication systems within buildings.

Responsibilities

• Develops accurate models for Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (CDAS) and Emergency Responder Communications Enhancement Systems (ERCES)
• Conducts site visits for surveys, progress inspections, and final punch lists as required by project timelines
• Prepares project deliverables per the client's intent and scope of work
• Follows quality management processes; reviews project deliverables before submitting to QA/QC reviewer
• Participates in the engineering/professional community to build personal knowledge and professional growth
• Meets or exceeds utilization goals and adheres to project budget

Skills

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RF design principles, including minimizing noise and interference, system testing, and monitoring
