Sr. Product Designer — Mobile UI & Interaction (AI)

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and delivers intuitive, visually compelling interactive interfaces that reflect the brand and meet accessibility standards, with a strong focus on UI quality, visual design, and interaction craft.
  • Demonstrates a keen eye for detail across layout, hierarchy, motion, and typography, producing high-quality work that elevates product experiences and design consistency.
  • Applies and contributes to design systems, ensuring scalable, elegant solutions across AI-powered and traditional product surfaces.
  • Develops sketches, journey maps, workflow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction flows to visualize complex AI behaviors and adaptive user experiences.
  • Leads end-to-end prototyping efforts using tools like Figma, Protopie, Voiceflow, or custom solutions — especially for conversational, voice, or generative interfaces.
  • Partners closely with Principal Designer, engineering and product teams throughout the project lifecycle to validate AI and dynamic system behaviors against design intent, providing actionable feedback during design QA cycles.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, technical constraints, user needs, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Works alongside User Researchers and fellow Designers to ensure cross-application design consistency and to solve ecosystem-wide UX challenges.
  • Partners closely with engineering and product teams throughout the project lifecycle — validating AI or dynamic system behaviors against design intent, and providing clear, actionable feedback during design QA cycles.

Skills:

  • The role requires a mix of UX design, UI design, interaction design, AI understanding, experience with Apps and strategic thinking
  • Designs for AI-specific challenges, including handling uncertainty, confidence thresholds, edge cases, and system transparency
  • Bachelor’s degree in human-centered design, computer science, HCI, psychology, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4–7 years of experience in UX, UI, product design, or digital strategy roles, with a strong cross-functional collaboration track record
  • Demonstrated experience designing and shipping high-quality digital products that include AI or adaptive behaviors
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced, non-linear interaction design, with a strong attention to detail across micro interactions, motion, and fluid transitions—shaping interfaces that feel intuitive, expressive, and alive
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing visual design excellence, thoughtful interaction design, and a command of UI and prototyping best practices
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie, Framer, Voiceflow, or similar); experience with conversational and multi-modal UI design preferred
  • Strong understanding of and experience applying design systems in production environments
  • Ability to lead highly complex, technical projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills — able to influence and align with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly; thrives in collaborative environments and values team success
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through design

  • 💰 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

  • 💰 The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range
