SR. UX DESIGNER

Responsibilities

Collaborate between multiple teams to solve complex interaction problems, humanize product ideas, and develop elegantly designed solutions.
Own design across Web and Desktop applications by architecting interaction models, wireframes, and high fidelity mockups.
Create prototypes based on user problems to validate and evolve solutions.
Advocate for Enterprise customers in cross-platform design decisions.
Present design solutions to stakeholders and company executives, defend decisions, and incorporate feedback.
Drive usability initiatives in an agile environment to improve the overall experience.
Illustrate solutions with detailed site and product architectures, user flows, and wireframes.
Conduct various forms of user research including usability testing, A/B testing, customer interviews, and surveys.
Design experiences that are beautiful and natural to use.
