UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric designs for web and mobile applications
• Your work will directly impact the user experience and help shape the design direction of our products
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent, visually appealing, and user-friendly experience
• Lead user experience design from concept to completion, including conducting user research, building wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into seamless user journeys
• Conduct usability testing, user research, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• Create wireframes, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design
• Ensure designs are aligned with company branding and guidelines while delivering highly usable and accessible products
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Mentor junior designers and assist in the design team’s development

Skills:

• 3-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects
• Should hold minimum Bachelor’s degree(or equal ant) or higher degree
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and/or other relevant software
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not mandatory
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality and a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design ideas clearly
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• A solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices
• Experience working on both mobile and web applications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus
