Sr UX Content Strategist

Responsibilities

Lead tactical and innovation UX initiatives within an agile environment on mobile applications-Android and iOS.
Work with Marketing, Technical Product Marketing and Systems teams to support requirements definition as it relates to UX.
Define safe, effective and delightful user experiences for mobile experiences using industry standard tools.
Deliver UX work with a variety of tools in an agile development environment- wireframes, asset delivery, GUI specifications, etc.
Work in a fast-paced agile development team using collaboration tools.
Lead UX discussions with key technical integration partners.
Understand requirements, APIs and lead UX requirements including branding discussions.
Work with User Research and Human Factors team to iteratively test early concepts.
Present design concepts and user experience vision to all levels of the company.
Collaborate with Clinical and Human Factors to ensure designs meet FDA guidelines.
Drive innovation initiatives related to UX process, tools or overall design language.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams to define world class user experiences.
Lead corporate UX design language development, standards and frameworks.
Mentor junior staff in all aspects of UX work.
Evangelize the role of UX design across the company

Bachelor's degree or Master's in relevant fields required
3-5 years of relevant experience in UX and product design
Expert knowledge in industry standard UX/Dev tools
Fluent in usability standards and design heuristics
Strong portfolio required with storytelling and presentation skills
3-5 years of experience working in an agile development environment
Ability to collaborate cross functionally, specifically in areas of product development
Strong technical hardware and software knowledge a plus
Experience in execution of mobile applications UX in consumer or medical devices
Working knowledge of User Research tools and methodologies
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
