CX/UX Strategist

Responsibilities

  • Envision, research, model, and develop end user experiences for digital products and services.
  • Champion user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
  • Oversee user testing and application of interaction design principles.
  • Assess and optimize performance of new and existing service offerings through user flows, persona development, and customer journey mapping.
  • Create clickable prototypes and set strategy for usability testing and research practices.
  • Lead design thinking workshops and manage outsourced design projects.
  • Act as the organizational evangelist for customer/user experience.

Skills

  • Sound understanding of user experience practices, consumer behavior, and brands.
  • Strong graphic design and typography skills.
  • Experience planning and conducting design thinking workshops (in person and remote).
  • Persona development and user journey mapping expertise.
  • Familiarity with modern research and user acceptance testing techniques.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and information architecture.
  • Experience with at least one clickable prototype technology (e.g. Figma, XD, Invision, Sketch).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
