CX/UX Strategist
Responsibilities
- Envision, research, model, and develop end user experiences for digital products and services.
- Champion user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
- Oversee user testing and application of interaction design principles.
- Assess and optimize performance of new and existing service offerings through user flows, persona development, and customer journey mapping.
- Create clickable prototypes and set strategy for usability testing and research practices.
- Lead design thinking workshops and manage outsourced design projects.
- Act as the organizational evangelist for customer/user experience.
Skills
- Sound understanding of user experience practices, consumer behavior, and brands.
- Strong graphic design and typography skills.
- Experience planning and conducting design thinking workshops (in person and remote).
- Persona development and user journey mapping expertise.
- Familiarity with modern research and user acceptance testing techniques.
- Proficiency in wireframing and information architecture.
- Experience with at least one clickable prototype technology (e.g. Figma, XD, Invision, Sketch).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
