Responsibilities:

• Provide product design strategy and leadership for Fidelity Institutional business unit
• Manage the Fidelity Institutional design team
• Drive end to end strategy across platforms and technologies
• Support key UX organizational objectives
• Identify and develop strategic design opportunities
• Collaborate across functions to increase speed to market
• Align work of individual teams to broader customer journeys

Skills:

• 10+ years of UX design management experience
• Experience in financial services, specifically institutional and/or B2B design orgs
• Experience managing people managers
• Strong presenter and communicator
• Familiarity with design systems
• Foundation of technical development
• Strong team player
