UX/UI Designer - Interface Design

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative new features for our mobile applications
• Understand user needs and continuously improve upon existing features in concert with leadership, Product Management, Data Science, Engineering and User Research
• Own the user experience for features end-end
• Assist with all parts of the design and development process from initial research and brainstorming, to visual design, to engineering hand off, to polish and delivery
• To reflect this, we practice a “default together” approach and expect our team members to work in an office 4+ days per week

• In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position
• The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position
• The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually
• The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually
• The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually

Qualifications:

• BS / BA degree or equivalent years of experience
• 3+ years of relevant mobile Product Design experience
• 3+ years experience using design tools such as Figma
• A strong portfolio with past examples of mobile and consumer technology products
