Lead User Researcher

Responsibilities:

• Design, organise, participate in, and carry out user-centred research.
• Develop a deep understanding of the users and advocate for recommendations to improve user experiences.
• Use research findings to solve problems for users and the team/Agency.
• Contribute to the creation of prototypes for user testing.

Skills:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in user research.
