Responsibilities

  • The VP, Creative & Content will lead the strategic vision and execution of creative and content development across all marketing initiatives, ensuring a best-in-class, insight-driven approach that enhances brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and business growth
  • The VP, Creative & Content will ensure all creative and content initiatives align with the company’s brand strategy and business objectives while optimizing efficiency, scalability, and impact
  • This role requires a visionary leader who can elevate storytelling, drive innovation, and create compelling brand experiences that resonate across diverse audiences, platforms and channels
  • This executive will oversee a high-impact team of creative, content, and production experts, managing multiple direct reports
  • Lead the creative vision and execution for all marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring a unified and compelling presence across all channels
  • Oversee brand storytelling, advertising, design, and campaign creative development to drive deep consumer engagement
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity, voice, and business objectives while fostering innovation
  • Guide the development of high-impact creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns, sponsorships, activations, and partnerships

Skills

  • 15+ years of creative leadership experience in brand marketing, advertising, content strategy, or related fields, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing creative, content, and production teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Expertise in brand storytelling, advertising, design, and content production across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large-scale agency relationships and offshore resources
  • Deep understanding of creative operations, production workflows, and content distribution strategies
  • Ability to balance big-picture brand vision with hands-on execution, ensuring both strategic alignment and creative excellence
  • A track record of driving innovation, testing new formats, and scaling content initiatives to meet evolving consumer behaviors
