UX/UI Accessibility Lead Designer, Web & Ecommerce

Responsibilities:

• Work with the auditing team to refine user interfaces with a high attention-to-detail on meeting strict accessibility standards
• Create and maintain highly accessible, reusable UI components within a design system
• Ensure all components are visually and functionally accessible

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on accessibility
• Proven track record of creating and maintaining UI components that meet strict accessibility standards
• Expert knowledge of accessibility guidelines and principles
• Strong portfolio showcasing work focused on accessibility
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Knowledge of assistive technologies
• Solid understanding of designing for users with disabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
