UX Designer

Responsibilities

This is your chance to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and bring groundbreaking concepts to life
Travel with a team to deliver innovation events at client sites across the US, and occasionally internationally (10% travel required)
Understand client needs and customer profiles to determine the optimal design approach for each event
Create sketches, flows, wireframes, visuals, and high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate collaborative design with clients and the internal team
Prepare for upcoming events through research and material preparation, and finalize deliverables after event completion
Support longer-term engagements, including detailed design iterations, prototyping for concept and user experience testing, and pilot build-outs

Skills

Experience as a UX Designer, preferably with mobile applications
Proven ability to present designs and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and clients
Experience collaborating with developers and product owners, and driving consensus among diverse viewpoints
Ability to work quickly and independently, adapting to feedback, direction, and changing priorities
Familiarity with design thinking or other innovation/user experience design methodologies
Proficiency in creating and using design artifacts such as personas, journey maps, user flows, scenarios, storyboards, sketches, and wireframes
Expertise in UX design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong visual design skills and a passion for creating compelling and intuitive interfaces

💰 The target hiring compensation range for this role is $66.77 to $74.19 an hour
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
