Sr Product Designer, Enterprise Merchants

Responsibilities

• This role will focus on elevating the design of key PayPal-owned platforms, including Hyperwallet, Risk as a Service, and Braintree
• Lead and execute core design responsibilities such as content review, creation of new page layouts, and accessibility evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Design, Product Management, and Engineering—to create seamless, user-centered experiences for large enterprise merchants
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Produce high-quality UI/UX assets that align with established brand and product guidelines
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of a unified design system across multiple platforms
• Ensure visual and interaction design consistency across a suite of merchant-facing tools and services
• Participate in design reviews, user research, and iteration cycles to refine product features

Skills

• Proven experience designing complex digital products for enterprise-level users
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work, particularly for B2B or fintech platforms
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
