UX/UI Designer - FT or PT

Responsibilities:

  • Make an Impact on the Future of Education
  • Design thoughtful and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and educators to understand user needs
  • Translate research and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
  • This role is hybrid - generally remote with occasional meetings in our office in Westford, MA
  • We are open to someone working FT or PT – between 24 – 40 hours/week

Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in an agile or fast-paced setting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design work
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable designs
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the K–12 space
