UI/UX Developer
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining user-friendly and responsive web applications. You will collaborate closely with front and back-end developers to deliver high-quality, cross-browser compatible solutions. Secret Clearance is Required
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS (including Bootstrap/W3.css).
- Utilize CSS preprocessor tools such as SASS, LESS, and Stylus to streamline development and maintainability.
- Design and implement user interfaces using UI/UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Apply your strong understanding of UX and UI design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility across various browsers, including Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
- Test and debug code to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs.
- Work comfortably in both Linux and Windows-based development environments.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of DevOps concepts, including continuous delivery, deployment, integration, release processes, versioning, configuration management, and build processes.
Responsibilities:
- Fluency in HTML, CSS (Bootstrap/W3.css
- Experience with CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as Bootstrap, W3.css, jQuery, and AngularJS.
- Experience with CSS preprocessor tools like SASS, LESS, and Stylus.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of UX and UI design principles.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
- Cross-browser development skills.
- Experience testing and debugging code.
- Comfort working with both Linux and Windows platforms.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts.
