Founding UI/UX & Visual Designer

Wondr is building a new kind of social network—human-first, culturally resonant, and designed after the feed. We’re looking for a founding designer to shape the product experience, visual language, and design systems from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX and UI across core product flows
• Define and evolve Wondr’s visual and interaction language
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
• Partner closely with engineering to ship high-fidelity experiences
• Translate complex AI-driven logic into simple, expressive UX

Skills

• 4–10+ years in product or UX design
• Strong visual craft and UX thinking
• Experience with consumer-facing or social products
• Portfolio that demonstrates taste, restraint, and systems thinking
