UX Designer

Responsibilities

You’ll use your own expertise, along with data and insights from users and broader market analysis, to turn the design direction for our organization into actual products and experiences.
This is a hands-on role focused on contributing to the processes of product discovery, design and development.
Your main responsibility will be to execute all visual design stages from conception to final hand-off to Frontend Engineering, maintaining our style and consistency.
Plan and execute research, from heatmaps to user testing, to inform your design decisions.
Understand and use analytics data to report insights and improve user experience metrics.
Create a variety of deliverables: from user journeys and personas to flows, wireframes, mockups and test-ready prototypes.
Track, measure and understand impact, to iterate on current experiences and envision opportunities for new ones.

Skills

You must have an understanding of and experience with information architecture and user flows
You will work with seasoned UX designers, and collaborate with product managers, data analysts and developers to create quality, device agnostic user experiences and interfaces
2+ years experience as a UX/UI designer / Product Designer or similar role
You must be able to showcase and speak to your portfolio, and how your work qualifies you for this role
Deep understanding of the design process – especially related to digital products – and the ability to work at all levels of the UX process
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Expertise in Figma is essential
Experience working closely with developers through writing UX/UI development handoffs
Familiarity with agile sprint planning
Knowledge of the fundamentals of design systems, their growth and maintenance
Superior visual design capabilities are preferred
Experience with user testing and interviews, and analytics tools to understand user behavior is a plus
Skills in motion design and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are beneficial

💵 A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 84,000 USD - 116,000 USD

💼 In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan
