Lead Product Designer
Responsibilities:
- Design impactful features in Trainual with endless opportunities to leverage AI, really flex your UI design skills, be creative, push boundaries, and solve really important problems for our customers. You’ll partner closely with a strong PM and engineers to make ideas happen and own your product area, plus influence others.
- Influence your team to be the best designers they can be. We are looking for someone who will mentor our product design team to problem-solve, tell compelling stories, and push creative boundaries while balancing user and business needs. Set the bar for design at Trainual by advocating for exceptional user experiences, running impactful critiques, and fostering collaboration across the team.
Skills:
- Design! You have 7 years of experience designing SaaS products.
- Great UI and UX skills to bring our end-to-end user experience to life.
- You have experience with (and adore) Figma.
- How to creatively problem solve and how to design (and think) ahead.
- How to be a great teammate and collaborator with your Product and Engineering counterparts.
- You’re a great relationship builder and are used to working with stakeholders from all across the board - from creatives, to technical pros, to leaders on the executive team.
- You have mentorship or lead experience.
- You love running critiques, feedback sessions, and have some of your own ideas on how to get the best out of every designer and every meeting.
- Bonus points if you love writing copy and are a great UX writer
