UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences for an AI-powered financial platform
Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business and user needs
Create and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements

Must be located and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or transfer needed now or in the future
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products
Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools
Demonstrated skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping
Strong portfolio highlighting intuitive, user-focused design work
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
Experience designing within technical organizations and producing engineering-ready assets

💰 Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience
