Job Summary:

We are seeking a technical content writer to join our team dedicated to securing and protecting people's data by simplifying and humanizing our processes. This role involves creating and managing user documentation and support content, working closely with stakeholders for feedback and approval, and maintaining content relevance by updating or discarding old and duplicate content. The successful candidate will be a key player in enhancing the user experience across our Internal Identity and Access Management (IIAM) products, ensuring content alignment with Brand standards and contributing to the safety and security framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Writing user documentation and support content for CMS.
Managing the review process and working with stakeholders for content feedback and approval.
Identifying and updating or removing old and duplicate content.
Creating UI text for the Access Now tool, focusing on features and user flows.
Providing input and acting as a reviewer for technical documentation, program communications, and training materials.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in Content Management Systems.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Industry Experience:

Experience in Information Security or Data Protection domain is preferred but not mandatory.
