UX Interaction Designers
Responsibilities
- As an Interaction Designer, you'll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution
- Like all of our UX jobs, you'll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use
- As a Senior Interaction Designer on the Access Everywhere team, you will be a subject-matter expert in UX design principles and user-centered methodologies
- You will own outcomes for mature projects and emerging areas, navigating scalable approaches to solve difficult problems with limited precedent
- Consult with product teams across Google to advise on sign-in standards, ensuring solutions are elegant and scalable
- Help define UX strategy and partner engagement with Product Management and Engineering, providing critical input on product direction and industry standards
- Communicate solutions at various stages of definition using wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and early prototyping to drive alignment, managing projects through to design specifications
- Coordinate with Product Manager, Engineering, Research, and Content Strategy to identify opportunities for validation and mitigate potential risks
- Explore and advocate for emerging solutions, such as cross-device sign-in, and sign-in experiences that consider and mitigate unintentional harm

- 💰 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
