• 5-8 years of experience in UX Content Strategy or a related role in digital product development
• Substantive experience in content strategy for complex products in regulated industries
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating effective content simplification
• Ability to collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams for content accuracy
• Proficiency in modern design tools and content management systems
