Digital Production Designer
Responsibilities:
- Imagery: recommending disrupt aging imagery, adjusting, cropping, retouching.
- Copy: Laying out copy into social media hero graphics.
- Presentations: Creating and editing PDFs to route for approval of content.
- Production: Helping to package assets for production of animations and supporting QC.
- Project Management: Updating Monday.com boards on assigned projects and attending status.
Skills:
- 3 - 5+ years of experience producing marketing or digital assets for campaigns, social media, websites, or publications, working from established brand guidelines and templates.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Canva, and Figma including image retouching, layout design, and preparation of production-ready assets.
- Demonstrated experience laying out copy and imagery into social media graphics, digital ads, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong skills in image selection, cropping, color correction, retouching, and preparing assets for digital campaigns, presentations, and animation production.
- Experience working within creative or marketing production workflows, including updating project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), managing asset versions, and performing quality control on deliverables.
- Portfolio of work samples.
