Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator – Digital Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Implementing, governing, and continuously improving BIM standards, methods, and workflows across all studios and projects.
• Acting as a senior technical expert and mentor for BIM coordination and information management.
• Supporting the development of BIM strategies, project setups, and execution plans.
• Ensuring teams are optimized for delivery in Revit and associated technologies.
• Overseeing information management processes to ensure compliance with standards and contractual obligations.
• Providing expert support across Revit, Navisworks, and BIM-related software.
• Supporting technical training, monitoring model quality, and contributing to research and innovation initiatives.
• Communicating updates to standards, tools, and workflows across stakeholders.
• Identifying and escalating improvement opportunities across processes and technical delivery.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Revit and associated technologies.
• Strong capability in Navisworks (clash detection + reporting).
• Advanced modeling/content creation knowledge within Revit.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and applying BIM execution plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience supporting ISO 19650-aligned workflows.
• Ability to draft and communicate new processes and policies.
• Calm ownership, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive/confidential information.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience leading BIM execution and QA/QC processes.
• Confidence working across multiple projects and studios simultaneously.
• Experience supporting digital information management best practice.
• Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information.
