UX Designer
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing landing pages, PDPs, and funnels based on data, user behavior, and paid traffic insights
- Work in Figma to deliver ready-to-implement layouts for the dev team
- Collaborate with Alex (Head of Growth), Franz (Performance Strategist), and Stefany (Merchandiser Lead) to ensure visual direction matches marketing goals
- Partner with the design team to align CRO visuals with the broader creative system
- Interpret data from analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Triple Whale) to refine designs
- Collaborate with developers to bring pages live and ensure fidelity to design
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize based on performance
- Help define UX best practices and reusable design systems to speed up future builds
Skills
- 3–7 years UX/UI experience, with at least 1+ years in DTC or eCommerce
- Proven track record designing high-converting landing pages and PDPs for performance-driven brands
- Deep experience in Figma (component systems, responsive design)
- Familiarity with CRO tools: Hotjar, GA4, Intelligems, Triple Whale (or similar)
- Data-informed design mindset — able to interpret metrics and design toward performance outcomes
- Strong visual eye for premium aesthetics aligned with brand
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (works cross-functionally with Paid, Creative, Dev)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn culture
