UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering (process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models, visual design).
• Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Skills

• Must have
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Obsessed with good user-centered design practices and are detail-oriented.
  • Must have a strong UI/UX design portfolio.
  • Solid experience in creating process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models and visual design.
  • Active user research – asking questions to understand the essence of the business needs vs simply following the inputs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be innovative and not constrained by boundaries of existing design system.
  • Hands-on AI-powered instruments experience, such as Figma Make.
  • Ability and willingness to deal with ambiguity and learn.
  • Must be able to present ideas creatively and effectively.
  • Must be up to date with latest UI trends, technologies and design practices.
• Nice to have
  • Finance domain experience is beneficial.
