Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product design process, from initial concept through to successful implementation for high-impact digital financial products.
• Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional UI/UX solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust design system, ensuring visual consistency and efficient design workflows.
• Leverage user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and continuously iterate on product improvements.

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design principles, including layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, with a strong emphasis on Figma.
• Experience collaborating effectively within agile product teams, working closely with product managers and engineers.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.

Qualifications
