Job Description

Responsibilities
- Deliver pixel-perfect design: Work closely with developers, Product Managers across various teams to deliver high-quality designs that are backed up by UX research.
- Drive Strategy: Spearhead the creation of scalable, human-centered design strategies that address critical user needs and achieve business goals.
- Lead Discovery: Plan and lead customer discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs, align stakeholders, and generate actionable insights.
- Prototype & Iterate: Rapidly translate abstract concepts into tangible prototypes leveraging AI tools, iterating based on feedback from users, customers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research teams to ensure solutions are feasible, valuable, and ethically responsible.
- Champion the Vision: Present work, ideas, and strategic rationale in a clear and compelling way that inspires action from both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Elevate Our Practice: Continuously refine and improve our team's design processes, methodologies, and collaborative practices.
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Computer Science (with a focus on AI/HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in product design, service design, or a strategic design role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and hands-on design execution.
- Demonstrated mastery of planning and facilitating workshops, design sprints, and customer co-creation sessions.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies, systems thinking, and design research.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills (verbal, written, and visual), with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools to rapidly visualize and test ideas.
