UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• 🎨 Play a key role in simplifying complex media workflows through intuitive, elegant, and user-centered design
• 🤝 Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape the design direction of Molten Cloud’s platform and bring the product vision to life
• 📐 Contribute to the design, research, and evolution of Molten Cloud’s core platform and applications
• 👥 Partner directly with customers to understand real-world media workflows and translate them into intuitive user experiences
• 🧪 Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction
• 💬 Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into clear, engaging workflows
• 🚀 Work directly with the Head of Product to support and execute Molten Cloud’s product vision
• 🖌️ Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
• 📚 Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency
• 💼 Collaborate with engineering and business teams to bring designs into production
• 🌟 Stay current with UI/UX best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools to drive innovation

Skills

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and defend design decisions
