Lead UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and consistent user experiences across all platforms in GTM domain
  • Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other partners to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance our products
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides

Skills

  • You have a consistent track record of designing intuitive, engaging, simple and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for web applications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web and mobile application design
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and other relevant software
  • Experience applying user-centered design principles and best practices

  • 💼 California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary
  • 💼 Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary
  • 💵 This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits
