UX Product Designer
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Product/UX Designer to leverage their expertise in user research, design processes, and UX best practices to help shape cutting-edge platforms and applications that are transforming the digital advertising landscape.
- This role reports to a Sr Dir Product Design Engineering and you will collaborate with other Sr. Product Design Managers, Engineers and Developers.
- You will have the opportunity to work with new technologies and work in an independent role and make decisions, building out functionality and strategy.
- Participate in UX research using industry accepted methodologies and documentation strategies including user personas, site maps, user flows, interviews, card sorting, competitive audits, and market research.
- Remain up-to-speed with the latest developments in the practice / profession of design.
- Participate in cross-functional project team meetings to help define business requirements while developing advocacy for the Product Design team / discipline.
- Combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to build wireframes and prototypes that thoughtfully demonstrate useful, usable, and desirable design concepts and functionality.
- Apply user-centered design principles and practices to help create efficient and user-friendly interactive digital products.
- Strategic Vision and Market Insight: You have a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging trends.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: You have effective communication skills and can successfully interact with various stakeholders, across client, business, and technical topics, and including both internal teams and clients.
- Expertise in developing client-facing functionality and technology platforms: You possess a sophisticated understanding of matching client needs with our AdTech and MarTech solutions.
- Leading with data, you guide the team to develop our digital media and technology platforms effectively to meet existing client needs and drive new client acquisition.
- An accessible online portfolio showcasing outstanding samples of design work.

- You can articulate product vision and requirements clearly, manage expectations, and ensure all parties are aligned with the product plans and goals.
- 2 or more years of experience working within (an) established UX team(s).
- Knowledge of UX best practices and ability to empathize with users.
- Ability to self-manage time and deliverables proactively.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good sense of visual design.
- Ability to turn off bias and accept feedback as wireframes and prototypes evolve.
- High-level knowledge of how front-end and/or back-end web development technologies work, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Figma
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite products (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Graphic design experience
