JOB SUMMARY

The UI/UX Designer works closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve the customer experience and partner with development teams to create engaging solutions to drive business results.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences
  • Create user-centered designs using user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products are at the forefront of UX design.
  • Advocate for the user and ensure that the user experience is a key consideration in all product decisions
  • Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design or human-computer interaction (HCI)
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Proven depth of experience in creating user-centered design solutions represented by a portfolio of work
  • At least 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, hybrid designer, or similar role
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams
