Lead UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and consistent user experiences across all platforms in GTM domain
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other partners to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance our products
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides
Skills
- You have a consistent track record of designing intuitive, engaging, simple and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for web applications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web and mobile application design
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and other relevant software
- Experience applying user-centered design principles and best practices
Benefits
- Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
- California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary
- Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary
- This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits
