UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate requirements with stakeholders to define app and web experiences for consumer-facing products.
  • Innovate new consumer experiences and reduce friction between software and users.
  • Collaborate with engineers and diverse stakeholders to align design goals and specifications.
  • Produce design solutions using sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, and present your work to partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to execute a strategic product roadmap for clients in Pantheon, our digital solutions and consulting division.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design improvements and iterations.
  • Be available to work with teams globally across different time zones.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote.
  • The ability to design within brand guides and contribute to overall brand design language
  • Experience designing various products, websites, web apps, e-commerce, and native apps.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives
  • Ability to share design rationale persuasively with all organizational functions, including executives.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Agency experience would be advantageous, showcasing the ability to work on diverse projects and collaborate with multiple clients.
  • Experience in motion design and/or Adobe After Effects would be a strong plus.
